Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in perfect condition, with the labels, in its original packaging with the proof of purchase. The products marked web exclusivity can't be returned in stores and must be returned by mail to the distribution center. 

Does not cover damage caused by water or misuse.

Every product purchased from our last pairs / clearance section is a final sale. No refund or exchanges will be accepted. No returns or exchanges during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day periods or during any other special promotional event.

If the item you bought is showing signs of defects, you have 30 days to let us know. Exchange or store credit if not repairable. The exchange can be for the same product or the equivalent, in the same size as the original purchase.

Store Purchase Return

Products purchased in store or by phone can be returned in any Panda Shoes location within 30 days of purchase.
The merchandise may be exchanged or refunded according to the original form of payment and the amount actually paid.
Products bought in-stores can't be returned to our distribution center.

Free in-store returns   

Products purchased  on our website can be returned to our distribution center or  in any Panda Shoes location. 

To return merchandise by mail, please follow these steps:

  • Circle the items you are returning on one (1) copy of your original invoice.
  • For each of the circled items, please indicate the reason for the return.
  • Carefully pack your items and include a copy of the invoice.


    IMPORTANT NOTE
    An extra $5 fee will be deducted from your refund if the original shoe box is returned in poor condition or damaged by a return label. Please return the products in their original shipping bag, or in a wrapping paper or any other wrapping or box to ensure the products remain in good condition.

    Returns for merchandise purchased online with a PayPal account:

    The merchandise must be returned with the return slip provided with the delivered package. The exchange or refund will be issued on the credit or debit card associated with the PayPal account used for the transaction. The refund will be issued on the amount paid for the merchandise. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

    Panda reserves the right to ask for a valid ID before accepting a return or exchange of merchandise.

    Please allow 10 business days from the moment your package arrives at the distribution center to process your return. Please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

    Make sure you keep the 16-digit Canada Post Corporation (CPC) tracking number on the return label, as it is necessary to locate your shipment and confirm delivery at www.canadapost.ca.

    The amount corresponding to the returned merchandise will be credited to the card used during the original transaction. Shipping charges can not be refunded unless you have received an item in error. Please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
