If the item you bought is showing signs of defects, you have 30 days to let us know. Exchangeable if not repairable. The exchange can be for the same product or the equivalent, in the same size as the original purchase.

Within 5 days of purchase A price adjustment or credit note is attributable to any item, upon presentation of your receipt.
Between 6 and 15 days following the purchase The customer must go to a Panda store with his invoice, the unworn product, and the original packaging in order to reclaim a price adjustment.
